FLAN DE MANZANA
INGREDIENTES:
3 huevos
3 manzanas amarillas
1/4l de leche
50 de mantequilla
50gr de harina
150grde azucar
10gr de levadura en polvo
75gr de azucar para el caramelo
PREPARACION:
Se carameliza un molde para microhondas
Se cortan las manzanas cortadas en laminas sobre el caramelo,se baten el resto de los ingreientes y se vierten encima,se mete en el micro 15 minutos.
Se deja reposar 1/2 hora y se desmolda.
Se puede adornar con nata.
